Congratulations on the progress you're making on the other 17 holes.  Welcome to Hole 18.  You don't have to first complete all 17 holes before you start the Hole 18 leadership courses.  In fact, Hole 18a "Biblical People Skills", should be done as soon as possible after Hole 2.  These learned skills will definitely help all to be better soul winners on Hole 3 - the "Fishers of Men" course.
At the end of Hole 2 you also completed your "Motivational Gift Test" and discovered your God given giftings. Now that you know where you best fit into the body of Christ, Hole 18 provides the necessary leadership training.
Hole 18b to 18i courses can be started anytime after completing Hole 3.

Hole 18 is designed for students to get specialized training in the specific field of ministry the Lord has called them to function in.  Most students will do several of these courses that will help them fulfill their calling, but certainly not all of them.
In no way do I claim to be a specialist in every field.  That is why I have invited specialists in different fields to assist with the various courses.
