How could anyone honestly offer that? How does it work? You pay the shipping, plus sign a contract to join their Internet Service Provider (ISP) for 3 years at $25 pm (you would otherwise be paying someone like AOL $22 pm to be connected to the internet). At the end of the 3 years you own the computer and if you keep them as your ISP you can get a second free computer. They make most of their money off advertising you'll read while surfing the internet. I read about this in the June '99 issue of PC World magazine. They rated the computers as good basic functional home computers with fast processors, big hard drives, and sufficient RAM.
