Time & Chaos is a personal information manager that brings order to three types of time-dependent information: (i) to-do items, (ii) appointments, and (iii) contacts.  It allows you to view all three of these items on a single screen.  The program can keep track of all of your contacts, both business and personal, and can be integrated with 32-bit software to dial a phone, send faxes and e-mail, link to Web sites, and merge letters, mailing labels, and envelopes.  It includes WinFax Pro 8.0 support, Windows 98 support, a new monthly calendar view, better workgroup functions, and 27 new paper sizes for printing.  It also supports printing and attached files for to-do items.  It has completely redesigned print preview options, a new HTML-based help system (press F1), and more.
This updated version has Word XP support, search screen enhancements, contact history options, and improved drag-and drop functionality.

We have used Time & Chaos for several years now.  It is very reliable, simple and intuitive to use and has workgroup networking built-in.  We have several customer sites using this product with equally favorable results, most of who have changed to Time & Chaos after becoming completely disillusioned with MS Outlook.  Outlook may be great if you can afford an Exchange Server but on a small network Time & Chaos beats it hands down without having to outlay for an expensive server.

After trying perhaps two dozen PIMs over the last two years, I find T&C gives me what I want.  Easy to use.  Stable.  The interface makes sense.  I realize liking or disliking a PIM is highly personal, but this is the one for me.
